What is the cost involved?
We offer once-off packages, as well as month-to-month packages with no contract, and added fees. For a custom package tailored to your needs, get a free quote here.
Can I choose from different templates?
At Donrie Designs we custom design every website. This ensures that your website is unique and fast. We do offer a style question sheet designed to help you choose the elements that are important to you and your brand. In turn, this serves as a style guide for us when we start designing your website. Once we have your approval we provide you with options based on your preferences.
I don’t have content for my website, what should I do?
We offer in-house content writing as part of our services. at a reasonable rate, A content writer will consult with you and assist in writing the proper content we need to fill your website.
Should I use a .co.za or a .com domain extention?
Typically a .com domain is used as a global (international) domain extension, while .co.za refers to a local (South African) extension. You can choose either one when we register your domain. (depending on availability)
Where should my website be hosted?
Hosting is included in the monthly fee. We also handle domain registration when we set up your website.
What is a responsive website?
Responsive or Mobile-friendly means your website will be designed to look good on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
How long does it take to complete my website?
Once the style template has been approved, our usual turnaround time is 7 working days.
What if I want to cancel?
For any cancelations, we require a 30-day notice period. Thereafter, your website and emails will be deactivated.
